The One Stop Employment Center (DOL) in Hauppauge is offering free Microsoft Office Training through Custom Guide.
If you are interested please register with the center by calling 631-853-6600 and making an appointment to go fill out an application. Staff there can approve people to take these courses virtually. It is limited to 30 days but staff there can renew for another 30 days. Additionally, participants can take up to 2 tutorials through Wilson Tech through sponsored by the Department of Labor. Staff at the workforce center can authorize one course at a time to help people upskill in a variety of areas, mostly computer related.
